Volunteers Needed for Bag Stuffing

We're looking for volunteers who can help stuff the bags that will be handed out to the attendees of the 2011 Conference. If you can spare a couple hours of time, please see below!

When
- Monday Feb 7 at 9:30 am; volunteers need to be present at 9:15 am to unload and setup
  - Will end at about 4:00 pm
  - We will somehow have food provided for lunch
  - 1st phase: medals and its leaflets into small plastic bag
  - 2nd phase: all items into larger Relevant Radio bags
- If needed to complete: Tuesday Feb 8 at 9:30 am through 4:00 pm

- Schoenstatt Retreat Center
  - When you arrive mention that you are coming for the Mens Conference bag stuffing
