Campaign for Human Dignity Lumen Christi Parish Lenten Project 2011
The Mission of the Campaign for Human Dignity: Promoting and Protecting the Dignity of every Human Person from conception until natural death through education, prayer, service, and almsgiving.

Prayer opportunities - There will be frequent sacraments, adoration, vespers, and stations of the cross as listed in the Parish Bulletin throughout Lent.
Our community will also unite with 247 other cities around the world for peace- ful prayer and witness under 40 Days for Life , the largest and longest coordi- nated pro-life mobilization in history. 40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life cam- paign that has saved more than 3,500 lives from abortion, led to the conversion of 43 abortion workers, and seen nine abortion facilities close. Recognizing that "with God all things are possible," people of faith are praying that this effort will help bring an end to the tragedy of abortion.

40 Days for Life runs March 9 (Ash Wednesday) until April 17 (Palm Sun- day) in front of Affiliated Medical 1428 N Farwell, Milwaukee from 7 AM to 7 PM every day. 40 Days for Life Volunteer Leaders will be present at all times.
Lumen Christi will participate as a parish on these days during Lent:
-Thursdays from 11am until 1pm -Sundays from 8am until 10am.
